Health and Safety Compliance Coaching Services

1-to-1 Health and Safety Compliance Coaching

Clear, supportive guidance designed to help you understand what applies to your business and how to manage it confidently. My coaching is practical, down‑to‑earth, and focused on giving you the tools to run things safely without the stress.

My goal is to get you self‑sufficient and no longer needing me, unless you use me for ongoing Continuous Professional Development.

Your Free 30‑Minute Snapshot Session

Before we start any coaching, you’ll begin with a free 30‑minute Snapshot Session. This is a relaxed, practical conversation where we look at your current Health & Safety approach together and explore what you’re already doing well. We’ll work through as much of the Snapshot Questionnaire as time allows, giving you a clearer picture of your starting point and the areas that may need strengthening.

This session isn’t a full audit it’s your chance to get clarity, ask questions, and see how my coaching can give you structure, confidence, and peace of mind. It also helps me understand your business so any ongoing support is tailored, focused, and genuinely useful.
