Clear, supportive guidance designed to help you understand what applies to your business and how to manage it confidently. My coaching is practical, down‑to‑earth, and focused on giving you the tools to run things safely without the stress.

My goal is to get you self‑sufficient and no longer needing me, unless you use me for ongoing Continuous Professional Development.

Before We Begin: I recommend completing my H&S Compliance Awareness Course first.
It gives you the essential foundations and means we can spend your coaching time on the areas that genuinely matter to your business.
If you already feel you’re working to a good standard, that’s great, we’ll start from where you are and build from there.

You’ll also complete my Compliance Snapshot Questionnaire, which helps me understand your current position so our sessions are focused, efficient, and tailored to your needs.
Flexible Ways to Work With Me, Pay as you go!: Pay‑As‑You‑Go Sessions

If you prefer to book sessions as and when you need them, you can choose between:

£24.95 for 30‑minute sessions - ideal for quick questions, clarity checks, or reviewing one specific issue.

£44.95 for 60‑minute sessions - perfect for deeper support, planning, or working through multiple topics

This option gives you complete flexibility without any commitment.
Flexible Ways to Work With Me, Pay Monthly: If you’d like regular support, you can choose a once‑a‑month coaching subscription, available as either:

£19.95 for 30‑minute monthly session, or

£39.95 for 60‑minute monthly session

Subscriptions are flexible you can cancel anytime (after 3 month), and if you ever need more frequent check‑ins, we can discuss adjusting your plan.
It’s a simple way to keep on top of your responsibilities while working at a pace that suits your timetable and your budget.

Toolbox Talks

Most people don’t realise how much Health & Safety applies to them even as sole traders. There’s a huge gap in awareness, and these short sessions help you stay on top of your duties.

We cover the everyday risks people often miss:
-working with chemicals and needing COSHH,
-repetitive manual tasks,
-using tools covered by PUWER,
-and even simple screen‑based work on phones, tablets, laptops or stock devices.

Each Toolbox Talk gives you clear, practical guidance you can use straight away helping you stay compliant, confident, and continuously developing your skills.

Sessions are designed to meet Self‑Certified CPD standards, giving you learning you can evidence.

Live Online Toolbox Talks (Between 20 – 45mins Self Certified CPD): Beginning of each month there be Live Online Toolbox Talk (TBT) sessions providing awareness around a different H&S compliance topic each month.

Short, focused sessions delivered in a way that’s easy to understand and apply, not a PowerPoint slide in sight.
Each session is limited to 10 people so there’s time for questions and real discussion.

Certificate included (Self‑Certified CPD)

Invoice and Client Agreement sent prior to session.

You will receive the link to the meeting shortly after payment.

Perfect for topping up your knowledge without committing to long courses.
Bespoke Toolbox Talks: If your business needs regular, ongoing health & safety support, bespoke Toolbox Talks are a flexible way to keep your team informed, confident, and up to date.

You can book sessions live online or face‑to‑face (local to NP4 5HP), depending on what works best for your team.

What affects the price?

-how many sessions you need each month (one subject a month is recommended)

-how many staff or contractors attend

-whether sessions are delivered online or in person

-any substantial customisation, research, or preparation needed to tailor the talk to your business

(If bespoke changes require significant time to prepare, an additional charge may apply. You’ll always be told in advance.)

Flexible payment options you can book:

-one‑off sessions, or

- a monthly subscription with flexible cancellation after the first 3 months
